Grant Guidelines
The Garden State Historic Preservation Trust Fund Grant Guidelines are required reading for all applicants and contain a program overview and specific requirements for the grant applications.

Declaration of Intent to Apply
If you have an eligible project to propose for funding, the Historic Trust invites you to submit a Declaration of Intent to Apply prior to submitting an application for funding. The Trust has instituted this Declaration to provide grant applicants maximum opportunity to receive technical assistance from the Trust's preservation specialists prior to the application deadline.
The Declaration of Intent to Apply form is a MS Word document that can be downloaded and filled in on your computer. The Declaration is due in the Trust's office by July 22, 2010.

Historic Site Management Grants
An applicant may request matching grants from $5,000 to $50,000 for preparation of planning documents and reports that will aid the preservation of historic properties.

Capital Preservation Grants, Level I
Matching grants range from $5,000 to $150,000 for smaller projects for the preservation, repair, restoration and rehabilitation of historic properties.
